Incredible service! Had a faulty camera, called support line and they went through some issue testing for me and when still not working, there was no issue to send me a new one straight away to ensure it was received prior to bubs arrival that week. Thank you!

I never before have given a 5! My 4 month old Oricom , 5 watt, UHF had a 'hiccup' within two weeks of using it in the Fliders Ranges. Was it the cords, the unit or me pushing the wrong button. As soon as I got home to Blackall I contacted Oricom, - with plans to continue my trip through the Madigan Line. It was immediate action and here I am with a new Unit on my table and a paid return mail for my original buy. All within 10 days. Yeah, - unexpected service. Wonderful, and I see it is an Australian Company. Thankyou Oricom.

Product did not do as I expected cannot watch TV without the sound being on the TV. Lots of noise from movement of the microphone on chest . Light sdo not operate as indicated.

My reason for 4* was that I was having trouble finding out if my order was confirmed. I just find any history whatsoever. So I started again on your website and hoped I hadn't ordered 2 telephones! Smart phones aren't always so smart! I'm still waiting for delivery.

Border radio was in storage for about two years when pulled out and had it installed from new found the rubber on the handpiece just totally disintegrated. I have a GME unit for 20+ years old and still hasn’t disintegrated in anyway low quality materials used. If you have the money by GME I will be from now on.
