“The staff (Bobbie) was excellent. The new unit has a faulty button and so we have been unable to use it. Bobbie has coordinated a replacement unit for us as we are traveling. Hopefully when we swap the units and we attempt to use it, all will be fine! Appreciate the diligence of the service. John Willett”

“I made an enquiry regarding my UHF antenna. The customer support officer was extremely helpful and supportive. I was asked to perform several tests, to which the results were inconclusive. I offered to send a photograph, as I believed this would be of assistance. The offer of a photograph was well received and upon inspection, the officer did not hesitate to offer a replacement antenna. To say I was pleased with this is an understatement. No lenghty back a forth, simply a replacement. Awesome service, one which other companies could learn from. Thanks so much”

“I didn’t wait long when calling the help line. The support officer was very helpful, guiding me through possible treatments for the issue. When the issue was not able to be resolved the support officer dispatched a replacement monitor. She had great communication.”
