The best baby monitor I have used. I did have an issue with the camera and customer support was quick to replace it. Love all the functionality and range.

Excellent service and support. My DTX4200X had transmission problems after two years of use. I contacted Oricom and they sent me a complete new radio. I needed a new handheld radio so I bought a DTX600 a few days later. This is an example of how customer support should be.

TPMS sensor failed. Oricom sent replacement quickly and all is working fine now. Easy and quick.

Camera wouldn’t switch to night mode, therefore unable to see baby at night time. Replacement was sent and does the same thing every now and again. Monitor is hard to turn on and off. Feels really cheap quality for the price you pay.

Excellent customer service! My warranty claim was dealt with and processed very quickly and I was sent a replacement product within the week. Very happy with the product and haven’t had any further issues.

Great service via phone, both with pre sales and after sales. Had to put in a warranty claim and it was the easiest process. We have multiple Oricom products and are happy with them, but most importantly, happy with pre and after sales service. Camp Around Oz 🤙

Incredible service! Had a faulty camera, called support line and they went through some issue testing for me and when still not working, there was no issue to send me a new one straight away to ensure it was received prior to bubs arrival that week. Thank you!
