“Oriental Trading failed me big time. I placed an order with them 9/4/2024 for a BIG event that my job is having (Senior Health Fair 9/13/2024) and they call me on 9/12 to tell me that my order will not be here on time. Express shipping was paid for on 9/4. They reached out to me on 9/6 to let me know that a personalized item was bleery, we sent them a clear logo and asked to verify its pizels or cancel the order on 9/6 so that we can have a back up plan. OT waited until the 12th of September to let us know, our order was not completed and can't overnight ship our items to us, although we paid for express shipping. The representative told us they would give us a discount for this bad business transaction. This transaction is extremely unprofessional, and lacks customer service. I've been using Oriental Trade for over 12 years, for personal and professional usage. This tells me that Oriental Trade is not reliable for personalized items.”
