“Please, please do not use this company. I have been out of Internet service for 10 days now with no resolution to my complaint!!! I have been told that my contract has 9 months to run and I would have to pay them over £300 if I want to switch provider. I have spent money on phone calls and get no updates from them. I do not usually write reviews but this company has made my blood boil. Please avoid!!!”
