Sorry to hear you're not happy. The companies decide the pay for each shift and of course, our community can choose which jobs they apply to. We pay monthly, but offer workers access to a portion of their pay through Instant Pay after each shift.

“Very lengthy process and asks for so many documents to on board. Shows many shifts in app but won't accept even if we apply. Most of the shifts accepted will be working in outside weather. Not reliable, don't depend on this app as full time. It's just for part time.
The good thing is only pay rate.”

Thanks for your feedback. We understand there are several documents you have to provide during onboarding, unfortunately, this is exactly what's required by law for any company working in the security industry. As you'll know, we're a marketplace for shifts posted by many different companies, so naturally, there's a variety of work types; outdoor, events, corporate, retail etc. It's good to see you successfully working shifts on the platform and we hope you continue working with us!
“Good working way, you can choose your shift, unfortunately hard to get shifts you applying shifts they are refusing shift without giving any reason. I have more than 22 years of industry experience but have never been given any reason why they are declining my application for a shift.so you can't plan anything last moments can be turn down your shift.”

Sorry to hear you've had a poor experience. As you'll know, the platform allows a range of companies to post shifts to our great community of workers. On occasion, companies may cancel shifts with notice, if it's a last-minute cancellation, the worker gets 50% of the full shift pay.
