“Delivery has always been spot on. Well wrapped & secure. And most importantly my dog loves them. And he lays next to the unit I keep them in, at every opportunity looking at me with pleading eyes. Guilt tripping me. He is fussy with his treats so this should tell you how good the product is.”

“Sometimes tricky to find the item(s) on the website - there seems no logical order to many of the products. For example, why not put all the different sizes of the same dried dog food next to eachother? i.e. 2.5kg, then 7 kg, then 12 kg. Delivery is an issue sometimes. Keep the customer fully informed as to where he/she stands in respect of the 3 to 5 working days. Where is the item, has it been dispatched, is it with the delivery agent? The couriers vary massively in standard and efficiency.”
