“My item was out of stock but the website hadn't updated so it didn't arrive as expected. Customer service was good when trying to rectify the problem and were apologetic. They also refunded the excess delivery charge. Just bare in mind that you are not ordering from a A**zon, but supporting a family business instead.”

“These products are much cheaper than most other places The quality is fantastic,the choice is the best I have seen The delivery was very quick and I was updated at every point You can also order singles or bulk amounts of the items and can also order on a repeat order basis which can be changed or cancelled at anytime as there is no contract Thank you all at Ormskirk Pets for making my life so easy Kind Regards CarolineScrimshaw”
