I got this jacket to wear for some of my cold weather shooting matches. Trying to keep warm during the day can be difficult in the winter. I have an Ororo vest, but the coat is warmer and easier to get off quickly when it is my turn to shoot. I love how it is also water repellant, important here in Western Oregon.

Best heated jacket purchase ever. The best thing that comes with it is the 3 year warranty. Didn't have any regrets purchasing this item. I love it.

My battery quit working after wearing my vest only 4 times. Customer service helped me to return it and get a new one right away. Very helpful.

I love the zippered fleece - comfortable and warm. The only frustration I have is the placement of the battery so far back on the left side; it is hard to get the battery in and out while wearing the fleece.

Excellent customer service. Kelsey resolved my issue quickly and courteously. The Buffalo heated gloves are great for cool days, but not extreme cold (20 degrees F or less).

Once I got it charged love the warmth . But I didn’t get a charging block . And my iPhone block doesn’t work . Had to hook it up to my computer.

I have a vest coat and the Fleese jacket. I find that the Fleese does not heat as well as the vest and coat. I also wish it had heated pockets like the vest.

I purchased the classic heated vest maybe two or three years ago and I recently was using it at a hockey game and let my mom use it. She loved it so I just ordered her one for herself. I will say I love the vest and it gets really warm and with the new upgraded battery I purchased later, it stays heated for a lot longer. But, I am very disappointed that it doesn’t come with the charger block for the charging cable. It’s an extra $10. Guys, just add it back in with the purchase. It’s dumb not including it anymore. Or for someone’s first purchase, give them one. It’s convenient to have one immediately upon arrival of your first vest. Other than that, so far so good and I really hope my mom enjoys her new vest. Oh and also, customer service support was fast and super helpful. Thanks again guys!

Since you keep asking me to, I will send a review. The best thing I can say is that the refund was issued quickly. Three years ago I purchased my wife a heated 'Classic' vest. It was very nice quality and the extra small size fit her very nicely. Fast forward to earlier in 2025, the button/switch to turn the vest on and off quit working. It was, understandably, out of warranty and, according to Ororo it was not fixable. My wife really liked the vest so we contacted Ororo about a new one. The closest to what she had was still called 'classic' they said, so we ordered another one. Again in XS. The vest arrived and was very disappointing. The XS size was now huge on her, the neck and arm holes hung on her. The vest did not feel like the same quality as before either. The vest felt thinner and cheaply made. It seemed to be something that you might buy on Teemu, but the price was way more than anyone would pay for something on Teemu. That may be an unfair statement as I have never purcahsed anything from Teemu. I had been a big supporter of the Ororo brand, but no more. I would caution people to make sure that anything they purchase from Ororo be returnable for a full refund.

Love the idea and the product. Only criticism I have is the location of the on/off button. It's hard to see and a bit inconvenient.
