“Recently purchased the Buffalo gloves and the fleece jacket, thinking I'd be using them for walking around the neighborhood (especially walking the dog). I have Raynaud's syndrome, so regulalr gloves are useless. My fingers don't generate heat, so they just freeze eventually. I basically have to put them in my pants pocket and let my torso body heat warm them. Also, I use the chemical hand warmers. But these gloves are great. They don't generate as much heat as the hand warmers, but they are enough to keep my fingers from going numb. I'd advised people to get them heated before going outside in the cold. Also, put them on and wait a couple of minutes. If you feel like your fingers are getting cold, then just compress the glove fingers so that the heating elements are in closer contact to your finger. Regarding the fleece, it's also best to get it heating and wearing it for a few minutes before going out. Also, I were another layer above it, and then my heavy coat. In that way, the heat it generates stays better within your body area, plus it seems to make it a bit more uniformly distributed.”

“I needed a warm coat for walking my dogs in winter and decided on the Women's Classic Heated Jacket 2.0 (4 Heating Zones) in Black & Red. It shipped from Ororo quickly even with me ordering around the holidays. I orderd on Dec 30th and it shipped Jan 3rd. It does have to be ground shipped, I believe, due to the batteries. Arrived to my state fairly quickly. Using the sizing chart, I measured as a medium for chest, but large for waist and hips. My hips measured just at the top of the large range. I decided to size up and order the XL. When the coat arrived, I made sure to leave the tags ON when it first arrived. So glad I did that! A quick try on and I realized I ordered a 2XL and not an XL. Back in the box it went and I exchanged the 2XL for an XL. This meant gound shipping for the return and ground shipping to recieve the XL. Exchanging the coat was very easy. Great customer service, easy exchange, and the XL was quickly shipping. Once the XL arrived, this is definitely the correct size. I can wear any shirt, sweater, or lighter sweatshirt with the coat. A heavy sweatshirt would probably feel too bulky and is really not needed! This coat is so well made! I am comfortably warm even without using the heating element. It would be fantastic if the heating zomes could be contorolled by zone. I'd love to be able able to turn the neck off but leave the pockets and back on or just the pockets on. Overall, I bought this coat to walk my dogs but I am wearing this every day! Love the sportness of it, love the small pop of color with the red, love the fit, and love the warmth. Highly recommend!”

“They work great. We did get a size larger.... a friend told us they run a bit small. It would be nice if somehow you could switch onto the second battery...since they only last about 4 hours..without having to remove clothing to get down to the pocket to disconnect from the first battery. The original battery did not come with an adapter to plug into the wall...we had place another order and also get a second battery.”

“This is our second Ororo product and we love them! They are a big help living in the north. I spend a lot of time outside as a real estate agent and it’s also perfect for my MIL waiting at the bus stop. Special shoutout to the customer service team. I had to exchange for a larger size for my mother in law and the process was super fast and easy!!”

“Customer service is hard to work with. They will tell you one thing that doesn’t happen and then will go silent on you. We have ordered multiple products from here and the batteries and charging systems are failing and even though under warranty we can’t seem to get it corrected.”
