Purchased 2 pairs of heated gloves. One pair for my wife and I. One pair fit perfectly, the other I could hardly pull on despite suggesting a loose fit per the sizing chart. Pair was returned for exchange. Still waiting for return shipment.

I was hoping to feel like I had a heated blanket wrapped around me with this jacket but I was very disappointed. At best, the jacket gets luke warm on either the chest or the back, not at the same time though. Even on the highest setting with a fully charged battery pack it’s only a very luke warm feeling. Honestly, it’s not worth the money as I’m sure there’s better working jackets on the market.

I gave this jacket to my wife as a gift. It worked out of the box with the charge that came with the battery. She was very happy with it. However the battery doesn’t recharge. She hasn’t been able to use it since the first time. She has contacted Ororo and has submitted all the required information but we have not received a replacement nor has she heard anything back. Ordinarily I would wait on my review but ororo sent me an email asking for my review so here it is.

I purchased the Unisex Shell Gloves in large, to go with the medium sized Glasgow Liner Gloves I'd purchased a year ago. I'm glad I purchased the shell gloves a size larger, as the medium liner fit perfectly in side the shell. The gray color was slightly darker than I expected from the pictures, but that is okay with me. Just glad there were options aside of black.

These are comfortable, but have a very high base, much like a 1 inch platform. I purchased two pairs for use in the yard, but tripped over my feet for a while, until I got used to them. Overall, they are great for the price.

Appears to be a Lovely jacket but it doesn't fit properly. I understand the open box policy BUT NEVER again because no exchanges. I would be happy with no refund but you can not even exchange. So it will sit in my closet waiting for the next goodwill donation.

This will be the second Ororo apparel I have purchased, but this one is a gift for a friend. It appeared they run slightly small so I'm just hoping it will be the right size. The first one I bought appeared to small, even though it was a large women's so I opted for the extra large when I retuened the original one. The process for exchange went very well. I'm hoping I have the correct size, as the next time I see her the 30 day return will not be valid.

Second vest I have purchased for the up coming fall motorcycle season. ORORO heated vest and jackets are great for cooler days. Ordered a back up battery but it somehow did not ship with the main order. Customer service was quick to correct the mis-shipment and I recieved my second battery within a few days👍
