Looking at your order, it was placed out of hours on Monday 1st August, sent on the following day, Tuesday 2nd August, and delivered on Wednesday 3rd August, after an unforeseen delay at the courier depot. Looking at your order, it was placed out of hours on Monday 14th March, with a 2 week lead time quoted on the item, however we received the items sooner than expected, and your order was sent on Thursday 17th March, and delivered on Monday 21st March - 7 days sooner than quoted! Hi Harry, Sorry to hear that one of the spacers had a dent on it. We check all items before we pack them, so we can only assume it occurred during shipping to you. I'm sorry about this. As we note in our tracking emails, we do ask that customers contact us first if there are any issues with orders, as we will always do our best to rectify them. Hi Alessandro, Thank you for the review. In regards to the comment about the adaptor being wrong, this is because you purchased an intake for the LCI F56 MINI, whereas your car is the pre-LCI F56 MINI. One of the differences between the pre-LCI and LCI F56 MINI, is the MAF adaptor, which is why the intake didn't fit your car. When you advised us that you had purchased the wrong intake, we assisted in sourcing the correct adaptor for your car, and this piece is now being manufactured especially for you, and will be shipped as soon as it ready.
