Delivery fee information should be available automatically. Other shops like Mod Mini does it better.

Hi Hakan, We do not charge a blanket cost for international orders, as we do not want to be overcharging our customers. As noted during checkout, we quote for each international order individually, ensuring you only pay the exact shipping cost that we are charged by the courier. "Please click the button below, followed by the 'Submit Order' button on the next page, to request a delivery cost. We will then be in touch with the final price, excluding UK VAT and including delivery, along with payment details if you wish to continue with the order." Looking at the order you have requested a quote for, not only is the other site charging over 20% more for the item, but they are also charging £55 shipping, versus the £20 that we have quoted to you. Our quote also excludes UK VAT (20%), making the total cost for your order to be shipped from Orranje £111.66, versus £190.00 that the other site is charging at checkout. Many thanks, Oli @ Orranje

The few parts I ordered from Orranje, one an expensive N18 intake pipe, had to go back for a refund, having assured me it was right. The other was Funk Turbo Blanket... apparently was "old stock" and was going to sort a warranty claim for it... and never happened 3-4months ago. Won't be using them again.

Hi Dominic, Please allow me to break down your review, so further context can be provided to those reading; "The few parts I ordered from Orranje, one an expensive N18 intake pipe, had to go back for a refund, having assured me it was right." You have placed 7 orders with us in total, and I am only aware of 2 issues you have had. The first was with an M7 pipe that is listed as fitting your car, but for some reason didn't. We haven't had this issue before with other customers, so I tried to work with you to determine what was wrong, so I could resolve the issue one way or another. We unfortunately hit a dead end, so you were refunded in full, including all shipping costs. "The other was Funk Turbo Blanket... apparently was "old stock" and was going to sort a warranty claim for it... and never happened 3-4months ago." You purchased a Funk Motorsport blanket from us on 10th June 2024, and on 5th September 2024, reported that the badge had rusted on the blanket. You mentioned you had spoken to Funk, and they had rejected your warranty claim as the badge was not covered, but suggested metal polish would solve the issue. I said I would speak to them to see if I could change their decision, and on 10th September 2024, I sent you their response; "Thanks for getting in contact. This customer has been in contact with us directly via Instagram. We have explained to them that the warranty covers the structure of the blanket and unfortunately not the badge on top. It is not something we have had huge issues with in the past but have explained to them the best rectify action to take." Along with their response, I offered a 20% voucher against the value of the Funk Motorsport blanket, as way of a goodwill gesture from Orranje. As I did not hear back from you, I assumed you did not want to receive the voucher. "Won't be using them again." I'm sorry you hear that way. Two interactions. One wrong springs sent. Second M7 scoop in carbon for £20 (since research this is probably a pricing mistake) extra failed their quality control? Appreciate the refunds but wonder if Orranje are now too big or make too much money to care about the individual consumer. Lucky them.

Hi Graham, Sorry that you feel this way. In reply to your comments; The lowering springs were supplied incorrectly, but jn the correct box by the manufacturer. We resolved this mistake quickly, with a return and full refund, as you didn't want replacements sent to you. The second order for the M7 scoop, we spotted prior to sending, so this didn't fail our quality control, as we stopped it from reaching you. We notified you straight away that the scoop was warped, and would not fit correctly, and offered options of a refund or an exchange for a similar product, as this was the last one in stock. You chose the refund, which was actioned immediately. I feel that your comments are a extremely unfair considering. We put customers ahead of profit every time, and we will do everything we can to ensure a positive experience. In response to your comment about Orranje being too big; we are a company run by a single person. Both mistakes were caused by the manufacturers, who are human too, and unlike other sellers, I do physically check every product before despatch, and do test fit items when possible, to ensure they are reaching you as I would expect them to reach me. I feel like I did everything I could in both situations, to ensure the best customer service experience. I'm sorry if you felt otherwise. Regards, Oli
