“Absolutely dreadful- I ordered mine on 25.09.22 and they have not arrived and now I can’t even view my order in the link from my email confirmation. AVOID”

“I received the shoes but they were not the size I ordered and now it they are making it hard for me to return. The shoes I received also smell very chemical not sure if I want to reorder in my size even if I do eventually get a refund. Oh and buy the way you have to pay for them to be shipped back. Another Instagram scam.”

“OrthoFeet Style: Women's Verona For limited walking What I like: - Ability to adjust to fit (extra sole spacers, adjustable back strap, and elastic toggle) - Arch support insert - Mesh upper doesn't cut skin - Leather toe box reinforcement prevents the toe from poking through the mesh What I don't like (these three far "dislikes" outweigh the four "likes"). - Too little cushioning (I feel the pavement through the sole of the shoe - hard impact when I walk) - Lacks rocking at sole at front of the foot (forces me to walk flat-footed - no rolling motion when my foot hits the ground) - Nice to have arch support inserts, but they're pretty ineffective; flatten out and don't sustain my weight (115 pounds) Overall, these shoes are comfortable if I don't walk much. But I need orthopedic walking shoes with proper cushioning and functional shoe design/ engineering to lessen the impact on every aspect of my foot's walking motions, which then helps minimize the impact on my spine and back. Verdict: Would wear these shoes for lounging around, but not for walking. I would not buy any other styles for walking purposes (all seem to have the same cushioning and sole engineering). Will stick with my other orthopedic brands.”

“12 days start to finish for my shoes/trainers to arrive. They were made in and shipped from China. They come in a plastic bag, not a box. Their communication stalls after your purchase wondering when/if they will arrive and if you in fact got scammed. They look cheap, they feel cheap, they are sort of comfy, but not around the toes, you feel like you are falling off the platform, because the fabric doesn't support your foot. I can tell they will be no good within a couple of wears. Not worth the money, time, effort and lies they obviously tout on their website. Get Sketchers instead.”

“Non-existent shipping department. Ordered two seven days ago and they still haven't shipped probably end up sending them back if they ever arrived. I suggest you order from another company.”

“DO NOT BUY. These are NOT reputable shoes made by a reputable company. I found them by doing a Google search for "waterproof boots". The cheap price enticed me. I know better than that. What a mistake. Now I'm stuck w a pair of very poorly made boots, of poor material. They're a tad short in the toe, and I bought the size I typically buy in boots. They have NO arch support to speak of. The sole feels like a piece of cardboard between my feet and the ground. It took 16 days to get them. They came from China. I did not know that. I never would have purchased them had I known they were coming from China. It makes no sense to return them. I would end up wasting more than the $50 I already wasted. I could have used that on a real pair of shoes. Lesson learned. Won't happen again.”

“These are the most uncomfortable shoes I have purchased. There are several inserts included but there is not arch support. The non tie laces do not work if you have to use the top holes to tie your shoes. They recommend a break in pattern of 2 hours a day, then 4 hours, etc. The more that I wore them, the worse they hurt my feet. As a nurse comfortable shoes are a priority. I have plantar fascititis and flat feet. I do not recommend these at all.”

“Attention. Impossible de retourner les chaussures. 5 mails sans réponse pour recevoir l'adresse de retour en Chine. Le tel ne répond pas. J'ai acheté Chaussures marche à enfiler. Gris/ 40 La semelle est dure et fait mal pour mes pieds douloureux. Le bout de la chaussure est douloureux aussi. La taille est trop grande. Attention avant d'acheter. 46€ perdu. Diane B. France”

“The insoles are great, but the shoes stink. ordered a pair for myself and wife, when we opened the boxes the chemical smell was overwhelming, we had to put them out side over night and it still didnt get all the smell out. The shoes are the cheapest thing i have ever bought. my feet felt like i was wearing my shoes untied and when i pull the laces tight it didnt help. Very disappointed i have read lots of reviews about how good these shoes are but i think its the insole people like. The shoe itself is walmart quality and we are very unhappy, going to send back.”

“These shoes felt like concrete blocks on my feet. They were clumsy and uncomfortable to walk in. In addition, the inside was rough and the tops of my feet began hurting within a few minutes. I tried to leave a review on the Orthofeet website but you can only read five-star reviews. I tried to contact them, but my emails were unanswered. On a positive side, they refunded my money with no hassles and provided a prepaid shipping label. I did appreciate that.”

“My son paid $125 for the sneakers they worked OK for the first two months then they stretched out all over they don’t even hold my feet in. They give a 60 day moneyback guarantee or exchange and I know why. Because after two months they’re garbage, and they don’t stand behind their product after 60 days so beware they’re not worth the money by any means. He wanted to buy me a different type of sneaker I talked him into buying me these and I’m very sorry that I did”

“I purchased the Coral shoes extra wide women's. I did get shoes with all the extra things they give. I wore shoes for two days standing and walking. Had extreme back pain. These stated that they'd alleviate back pain and knee pain. These shoes didn't do that. While they didn't hurt my feet, even though my toe rubbed against the shoe they sure didn't help my standing or walking. I am returning and won't buy another pair.”

“This company says on their site that your order will be shipped out in 48 hrs from the time it's placed. Well, that was 5 weeks ago & l still didn't get my sneakers. These shoes come from China & are shipped to a distribution center in NJ. l wish l would have looked into that before ordering. I was hornswoggled by their site saying items ship out in 48 hrs assuming it was state side. My fault for not reading reviews first.”

“bought sneakers, comfortable shoes until the cheap velcro stopped working ,contacted these people and was told the velcro wears out out and i was on my own,further contact said they will reimburse me if i can find a cobbler that will fix the problem ,well good luck finding a cobbler,will never buy from this bunch again .”

“Only one shoe made it out of the box. A 120 some dollar shoe, and you can tell they were made in China. Incredibly cheap quality, crappy plastic arch support, and the insoles we just the worst. We sent them back the same day. If we are going to pay that kind of money, we'll go pay for a pair of Brooks, New Balance, Sketchers, or something else well made from the Good Feet Store. We feel duped by the ad, and the last time we'll buy something like this without being able to look at it first.”

“Just got my order after a few times of having to re contact them love them so far shoelaces are to short as someone else said I also only received one of the arch boosters for left shoe so I hope they send me one for my right footsise51/2 widemy heals already feel better thank you”
