Shoes shipped on a slow boat from China, took 2.5 months, (2 pair), neither fits, returns an issue, company offers 25% and keep the shoes. Or pay shipping to return to China(unknown). Obviously, misrepresented. If you order, receive them, and are satisfied, so be it.
If you need to return, FORGET IT!

I have lymphoedema and my one foot swells. The extra side attracted me but when received it’s nut really that wide. Tory advertise free returns but charge a $5 restocking fee. Dumb! It’s nit electonics it’s shoes! Never again!

I have not had any interactions with customer service and returns as yet, but delivery is via FEDEX and expedient. I do have a concern over cheap materials, i.e. plastic zippers on boots and the insole pads which tend to crush after a month or two of wear. Why is Orthofeet not using metal zippers in their products? Broken zippers cause shoes to fail necessitating repair.

This is exactly why I do my shopping online and have my purchases delivered to my home, and I have never encountered any retailer who required returns to be processed differently than the way they were delivered.
