The metal grommets separated from the leather. Their customer contact number does not work. I purchased the ortho feet slippers thru Amazon. Only Amazon could contact the company. Poor products horrible customer service. Beware

Purchased a pair of ortho 640. A year ago. Wore them 12 times, and then they sat in the closet. They fit great 4ww 9.5. The leather upper's turned to what I call alligator skin. I believe people pay for that look, I was not happy. Called customer service, no help, not even a discount for a new pair W/O leather uppers.

The pair of Orthofeet sandals hurt my toes.
Since I went pass the 60 days by a couple of days, they refused to take the sandals back and give me a credit or a refund.
I was could not use the shoes since they hurt my toes and in their customer service.
Will not buy shoes from them again.

The Tambor-Blue shoes will not stop squeaking. I have tried everything and these shoes are noisy and disruptive when walking. Customer service offered suggestions I had tried prior to contacting them--all suggestions were useless. I will not buy from this brand again.

Purchased 2 pairs of shoes, called after 5 days still haven't ship, agent was was rude, impolite. Find out Made from China materials. Don't know yet how good the shoes are but the bad customer service put me off, will never buy from them again.

They advertised a discount to "automatically apply."
Then didn't apply it. When called customer service, they said, "We believe we charged you the right amount." As for the advertisement, "I think the price must have included the discount."
IT DIDN'T. THEY WOULDN'T MAKE GOOD ON IT.
ARROGANT!!!!!!!
