"I\u2019ve bought from OsG many times, each order $300-500+. Every time had an issue, but most were resolved until recently. Almost every order Ive had to email them to ask for a status on shipment. Miraculously my items shipped when they were reminded. Ironically they\u2019re super quick to take your money though. \r\n\r\nThis most recent time almost $500 spent, the products they sold me are now apparently \u201cout of stock\u201d. Almost 2 weeks now and nothing shipped. No refund for the items they apparently don\u2019t have, and no one was even honest enough to say hey we messed up how can we fix it? I inquired and got a snarky ass response from \u201cAngel\u201d. Shouldn\u2019t have to pay this much to get attitude, be sold stuff they don\u2019t have, or remind them to just ship the items. \r\n\r\n Napsgear had my order to me in less than 2 weeks and didn\u2019t give attitude to someone who regularly spends a lot of money. Hell Kroids got their stuff out faster without issue. Neither company tried to sell me stuff they didn\u2019t have. Sure as hell didn\u2019t get some entitled a-hole\u2019s bs. \r\n\r\nShipping in the US is very expensive especially for USPS delivery. Items arrive in the mailbox in a small 4\u201d box. Pic attached shows many orders and how they are shipped. For the price of shipping you\u2019d think the items would arrive timely. One vial shattered. Thankfully it was part of a BOGO, but still. So far each US order has averaged about 3-4 weeks. Ordered one time internationally, which was not only expensive but held up forever. \r\n\r\nTheir sales were the only thing keeping me coming back, but a good sale is worthless when you sell out of stock items and aren\u2019t transparent. Not going to argue w some keyboard warrior\u2019s roid rage to just send my stuff since it\u2019s why they have a job\/business, yet act more like GD drug dealers. \r\n\r\nBeware their free gifts as well. Usually a vial of low dosage test that\u2019s bunk and causes a lot of PIP."
