There’s in the settings a limited feature: school choice. Even if it is not that important, it would be good to have an extended list. In my case I’m a French student (from University of Burgundy).

“I thought I’d get flash cards that were already made but there’s only an option to make my own. Also, with the NCLEX questions I can’t pick certain areas of the body to be questioned on... like endocrine or renal: I just have to choose med surg and go through tons of questions.”

“I've been a user since pretty early on and although there's been a lot of improvements in terms of the mobile app, website layout, and amount of content it's also been disappointing to see some of the most useful features either removed or neglected to the point of being essentially useless. For example, the timeline search was one of the features I used most but now it is essentially useless because it's so limited in how far back in time it'll search. The ability to import flashcards from other sources like anki was also a really nice feature that has since been removed. If those features were still fully functional, this would've been a 5 star review.”
