“I bought Osmosis for revision, however after looking I realised the main source of learning is videos and they talk very fast on the videos so it’s hard to take the information In. Also setting the questions and flashcards I found were not suitable for UK medicine exams as all American format. I requested a refund within 7 days of purchase and was told they were unable to refund a 6 month subscription however there was no notification of this when I initially purchased. Very disappointed with the service. Unsuitable for UK medicine exams, unless you want to spend a few hours figuring out the equivalent settings for UK.”

“You guys do not even have full videos on all the topics. The sections look empty and is not reassuring to the users who pay for it. Does not give me confidence when all of boards and beyond has a complete to interface and all videos are listed and completed. Constantly feel like I am missing something. Also the flashcard app is so confusing to use. Why can it not work like anki and allow me to just easily search all the flashcards with one click.”

“I am not able to find any video's for another of topics and I can not access any additional videos after I registered it was the same before I got the membership”
“I would have given you all a 5 star or excellent review. However, your false advertisement about shipping and the customer service I received in response to the shipping rates brought you all down to a 2.5 - 3. I was head over heels until that happened. You all did nothing to help it - NOTHING but "we have no control over shipping rates." Then don't advertise free shipping in the US. Then you all ask me to send proof that I paid shipping as if you don't have a copy of the order. Actually which takes your score down another notch to very poor - poor!”
“1) there are too many topics without a video or without high yield notes or even not covered at all.
2) the high yield notes can not be dowloaded to use them without internet. I know that you want to protect your products from spreading for free and you want the custemers to keep renewing the plan, but you should keep in mind that the custmers are paying and have their own rights also! So, try to make balance between your favors and custemer's favors.
3) I faced technical issues with changing my password and choosing my school which was not in the list.
4) I think you should add more and improve your products. I was very interested to join to Osmosis but I was really diappointed.

Thank you for your feedback. We are working on improving our content and have released quite a lot within these past few months - our High Yield video series for example. If you have any topics that you'd like to have a video of, can you send us an email to support@osmosis.org, and we'll work on adding them as soon as possible.

“I was just shut out and can’t watch any video. My account is still valid and there’s no one to contact for help although it says to “contact support””
“Very disappointed and frustrated, the website promoted High Yield Notes, however I was mislead as they did not state that these not are not printable. Asked for a refund but was denied because i subscribed more than week before I asked for a refund. I believe this is unfair as I was mislead and most purchases nowadays would refund within a month. Just can’t believe they would do this to health workers.”

“Player is so much inefficient. I have to wait for few minutes sometime. When I rewind it for 30 second it jam for more than 1 minutes to resume. So it is really disgusting many a times. Content wise osmosis is wonderful but experience we want is not provided just because of bad player despite very good content. Will give 5 after solving this problem. My device is Note 9 samsung.”
