Hi Logan,
Thank you for the feedback! We'll forward this to our content team to consider for future videos.
Feel free to send an email to support@osmosis.org in case you have any other suggestions. Have a great day!
“Love how well organized the videos are! Everything is super high yield y to the point. The only comment I have is in relation to the IOS app for iPad. In the app I can't make playlists, access the flash cards of the video and topic. Also, sometimes the video crashes when I try to rewind the video.”
“Fantastic learning and teaching resource! The ability to take complex topics and break them down into short, well-illustrated, easy to follow videos makes this a must-have for any medical provider, student, and/or educator!”
“Hi! I'm from Spain. I finished my Medicine studies, so I am preparing for a public examination and I am learning a lot with Osmosis. You are better than my Medicine academy in Spain. Thanks a lot. ❤️”
“So far, the experience has been great. There is a lot of videos covering most of the high yield diseases. High yield notes are a great resource. But the one thing that I love the most is that you get a set of practice questions for the video playlist you create and is has been really a life saver for me.
What I would like to add though is that I expected to see more basic science content, like for example, short videos of clinical anatomy or physiology concepts and that’s why I’m giving it a 4 star. But overall the experience has been great and it has saved me a lot of time.”
“The instructions and content have expanded over the last year or two and very pleased. Keep building new content while revising current content to keep all the learners on their best!
There may be a sync issue in regards to the iPhone App where viewed content is not being recorded as completed with the checkmark.”
“I love osmosis! But feel robbed of my money. I am a broke grad student like many of us and was taking part of the black friday sale, the price on my end was around $129. When I went to pay off my credit card, I found out I was charged $179 instad. I contacted osmosis and they were nice enough to help me out immediately BUT mentioned that the price wasn't $129 and didn't issue me the correct price difference :(
I feel bad for those who have purchased osmosis during the sales and didn't realize their credit card was being charged a different amount than what was on their website. CHECK YOUR STATEMENT before paying off your credit cards- something they don't teach us in school hehe.”
Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. So sorry about this. It appears you've been refunded the discounted price for the PA subscription ($139) since it didn't apply when you placed the order, hence you were charged $179 initially. The only $129 discount we offered was for the Nursing subscription and this is most likely the one you saw. We are very sorry for this confusion. For this, we have refunded an additional $10 to your account and that should be credited within 10 business days depending on your bank. Again, we're very sorry for this experience. Please do reach out if you need anything else. :) -Sherryl
“The study schedules should allow for more individualized options on study days. Ie if something happens and you miss a day be able to drag a missed day to another day or add an off day or half day and recalculate and/or tell you what areas you're missing. I really like all the options for resources it would just be a little better if it had more individualized freedom. As an example, the calendar of online med-ed will tell you Wether or not you will be able to complete your schedule in the time allotted and also tell you what topics you will be missing.”
“I love the resources and tools Osmosis provides. I think the drawings are helpful and cute. The videos are helpful, but the notes are even more helpful. I wish that the general pharmacology series had accompanied notes like the pathophysiology notes. Also I think the NP series needs a little bit more work, it focuses on the FNP track but there are no resources for the other specialties. I think there should be a critical care series.”
