For the most part it is OK, I have submitted a few requests to clarify information on questions from the Q bank but seldom get listened to.

I have started using Osmosis as my tool for 'first and second pass' through all of my lectures, at a minimum. The analyzing text tool and recommending videos/resources is great. I really think it's a great strength that you have worked so hard to integrate with other tools that medical students use, rather than compete against them. One of the things that I always find takes too much time in med school is finding the appropriate resources to study effectively, and you all are doing a great job in alleviating that. Additionally, the videos provide a great overview without getting bogged down in minutiae and are almost always a perfect length. My critiques would be: 1) I haven't seen any videos from Boards and Beyond in my lectures notes on the sidebar or using the 'analyze text' tool, even though I specifically know that there are videos that relate to that lecture's content. Obviously that tool needs some fine tuning in regards to that. 2) The flashcards and spaced repetition tools are fantastic, but almost every medical student that I know already uses Anki. While it might be a large endeavour, if you could find a way to integrate your flashcards into already existing Anki decks while still protecting the integrity of your resources, that would be amazing and further decrease the run-around time for medical students. 3) While I feel the study schedule tool is probably great for Step 1 Prep, I've had a little trouble using it for my class prep. I also attend a school with a 'spiral' curriculum, so I think this tool may work better if you're in a systems-based curriculum where you can just go through the videos in order with your lectures.

More in depth content for step 2 and pharmacology would be really nice! Overall, great tool for learning. I almist always watch osmosis videos before going into classes.

I love osmosis and the videos have been very clear, concise and helpful. My only complaint is the obnoxious flashing screen at the end of EVERY SINGLE VIDEO telling me to share osmosis with my friends. It wouldn't be so bad but the flashing screen is really bright and messes with my eyes and I also can't see the writing/graphics that happen in the last 10-15 seconds of the videos. I would really appreciate it if this could be fixed. But overall, thank you for the great service!

Great site to learn, especially physiology and pathophysiology. I love the flashcards as well. And the mnemonics for pharmacology, those are the best! Wish you could reduce the caption size during the video, sometimes it covers the lower border too much. Great work, keep going!

Osmosis has been and incredible resourse to improve my studying. The videos are clear and the written materials as well. My only suggestion would be to make more videos for certain topics, like embryology, or even add new content, like parasitology.

Some topics needed by 1st year med school students at UCL are missing. Pain for example is missing.

Very Nice teaching tool which has helped me through a lot of topics. However, there are some topics that could be covered in the future such as neuropraxia. Otherwise it's really good!!

I love Osmosis, it is great for a quick preview and review! I wish Osmosis had more anatomy material, I think that is an area which they should greatly expand ASAP!
