“Very disappointed and frustrated, the website promoted High Yield Notes, however I was mislead as they did not state that these not are not printable. Asked for a refund but was denied because i subscribed more than week before I asked for a refund. I believe this is unfair as I was mislead and most purchases nowadays would refund within a month. Just can’t believe they would do this to health workers.”

“I like the way that the videos are created, with the drawings and such as this is much more entertaining than a lecture. Having short videos under around 15 minutes most of the time is also good for reviewing stuff after lectures and for studying too.
It could be improved by increasing the resolution of some videos. Also, adding questions specifically based around the body systems (not clinical scenarios) would be nice to brush up on after watching videos (as this tends to work better than flashcards). Just keep adding more quality videos, I guess!

“I have really liked the videos so far and the animations are really helpful to remember. But recently I was going through Atopic Dermatitis video and found out the video says its type 4 hypersensitivity reaction. Being confused I checked the other sources where they say it's type 1 hypersensitivity reaction. This really let me down.”
