1. Downloading video symbol in the mobile app should be changed to in-phone symbol after the video is downloaded.
2. Full screen video playing should have subtitle, playlist, and next video automatically rather than back to small view.”

“I have requested my bank to retrieve the money back, so to say to dispute the order because I do not like it the very day I ordered 6/22/20.

There was no telephone to contact to ask someone about my a problem.
I emailed for help but no one came back to me until now, which is 7 days now.
I bought the product for the purpose of having review questions and answers to make me prepare towards board exams but there was no where I could find what I need and I could not reach anyone to help me. Right now I do not like it anymore
