“The website is great. The android app is VERY buggy. Not very user friendly at all, especially on a tablet. You need to improve on that front. Further, all features such as notes are unavailable on the app. A lot of students may not have access to PCs and Laptops and a cheap android tablet may be their only access point. It is imperative that you make sure you can provide for them especially when paying (no small amount for many) for this service! Else, excellent videos, very appreciated!”

“I really like the videos, but the app interface needs a lot of work. For instance, I need to press the search bar >10x to be able to type something in... it just doesn't engage for some reason. And this isn't just my phone, my colleagues have the same issue. There should be a very easy place in the app to look at all of the previous videos I've watched in case I want to watch one again quickly. I also think you should offer a supplemental discount to military members. Feel free to contact me if you have questions or need more advice for improvement.”

“As far as learning is concerned osmosis is outstanding but after purchasing osmosis membership,my bank account has been hacked and I lost my big amount.After inquiry I found that all online transactions from my account were internationally done without my concern.”

However, one of the things I didn't like was some voice narrators have accents and it's quite distracting and hard to understand (especially when they pronounce certain words differently from how we say in the US English) , so I have to stop the video and just read the scripts occasionally.”
