"Large Narissa Leather Cross-Body stains your clothes. unfortunately the polish LEAKED ONTO MY CLOTHES, spoilt my jacket, jumperS and t shirtS that I wore over a few days travelling around Europe. it was only when I sent my items to the dry cleaner I realised that the polish from the bag had leaked onto my clothes. I can't wear them again and have chucked them in the bin. \r\ni did send an email to the customer services and they told me that I should use the bag with dark colours clothes so the polish leak would not show up. unfortunately the dry cleaners could not remove the polish so I have had to give up on the bag.\r\n\r\nfurthermore, the leather marks badly.\r\n\r\nShame its a good design bag and very secure but the polish transfer and the marks makes it not fit for purpose. \r\n\r\nRhianna from the osprey customer service said:\r\n\r\n'As with all natural materials, leather needs special care throughout its \u2018life\u2019 as it comes into contact with an unlimited number of materials, environmental conditions, and chemicals all of which can affect the leather and trigger colour and chemical migration. As we have no knowledge of how other garments have been treated, we cannot predict how these may react'.\r\n \r\nWe do understand how disappointing colour transference can be, however as leather is a natural material which comes into contact with a vast number of variables there is no way to predict the highly unusual occurrence of colour transfer.\r\n\r\n\"As the Large Narissa Leather Cross-Body is made from an oily saddle leather, we do recommend not wearing it with light clothing. As part of our leather care guide we do say to ensure your leather product is not allowed to rub against other materials, to reduce any risk of colour transference and to retain its special finish'\r\n\r\nSo all in all the bag cannot be used unless you use it with clothing you don't mind staining or as the customer service agent said use it with dark colours.\r\n\r\nOsprey London customer service agent did not care about my problem with the bag. \r\n\r\nso I would not recommend you buy a bag from this company if you are worried about polish leaks and marks."
