Ottawa Flowers offers the best quality and service in the city. I've had friends and family use them for weddings and other occasions and they have always been professional and efficient. Very highly recommended!

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend to arrive on her birthday May 17th. This company sent the flowers on Mother's day, one week early instead. There is a mother in the house, and this caused some very awkward confusion. I wouldn't care if it was one or two days off from her birthday, but an entire week? Only one flower was still alive for her birthday. I tried to contact customer support, but they would not respond. For the amount of money I spent here, I expected more. They even waited till after her birthday to mark the order as "Complete." To top it all off, the bouquet was short one flower.

My daughter ordered what appeared to be a very expensive arrangement for me for Mother’s Day.It did not arrive nor did anyone call her or me to tell us what was happening.After my daughter called them someone called me and informed me that the flowers would arrive on Monday with chocolate.Of course the Mother’s Day surprise was no longer a surprise and I encouraged her to cancel the flowers.The flowers were delivered late Monday night minus chocolates and they looked like they would not last past Saturday which they did not.I spoke to the owner on Thursday morning and he said that he would send me a new arrangement Friday or Saturday.The new arrangement was dropped off as promised on Saturday and the flowers look lovely.All is well that ends well,thank you.

Pavel called and apologized sincerely. We received the refund we wanted so all is good. The order arrived the day after Mother’s Day but my wife had been so disappointed she rejected the flowers. At least we got our money back. Read about the ice cream shop that opened in Massachusetts lately and the terrible experience they had with customers due to Covid delays; not making excuses but let’s all remember these are extraordinary times - enough businesses will be destroyed in the next few months, and lives affected. I got my refund so we can move on.

Like others, the flowers were not delivered on Mother’s Day which was a huge disappointment and there was an issue with the flowers once finally delivered. HOWEVER when I phoned to discuss the issue (yes delivery was a problem but so is Covid -19) they were responsive and insisted on sending out a second arrangement - equally as gorgeous and elaborate. So kudos to Ottawa Flower. I am going to give them a second chance for sure.

I ordered the 125$ arrangement, total of 150$ with everything, and I was disapointed in the basket my mother received. I understand it's not exactly as shown in pictures, but I did not get my value.

I ordered 3 different orders for 2 different occasions..... both times the orders were never delivered and never received any information as to why it was never delivered or that they couldn't fulfill the order prior to the delivery

You had one job, flowers did not arrive for Mother’s Day. Don’t take so many orders if you can’t come through . Two orders, no flowers ordered weeks ago.

Flowers never arrived. No way to contact the company and left with a disappointed wife. If the company remedies the situation I’ll write back here but I’m skeptical after reading many other reviews. Should be referred to the Better Business Bureau for the number of complaints they are receiving. Considered fraudulent if you take people’s money and don’t deliver a product or a refund.

Not a happy customer. Ordered days in advance for delivery on Mother’s Day yet recipient never received the order. No notification sent to sender nor recipient advising reason on failure of service, highly disappointed.

Never delivered my mom's flowers for Mother's Day. They took wayy too many orders and were overbooked. They called me past 6.30PM on Mother's Day to let me know that they were not going to honor my order. I was not happy at all with my experience. They could have taken few orders if they knew they couldn't make it, at least I would have gone with another vendor.

There is really nothing worse you can do to a customer than not delivering flowers on Mother's day. I paid $140.12 for a Mother's day order to be delivered and it never arrived. Even after chatting 3 times with customer service. No phone number to call other than a chat line. No ability to leave contact info/message via email. Horrible. Do NOT deal with this company!!

If i had a chance not to give a star, I would. Poor customer service, poor quality, poor communication. I will share my story as I think i need to be heard. I haven’t seen my mother for 3 years and I wanted to do something nice and choose a good quality flowers with the service. As eblooms mentioned that they are “awarded flowershop in Ottawa” I decided to give it a try. Spending over 160$ on the bouquet, I was told my Mom will receive flowers in the morning. So guess what? It is 7 pm and yet no flowers. I tried to contact the store, but no answer, no one returning the calls nor answering my email. I contacted the life chat and Emily ( who I think should not be working in Customer Service) was very rude, did not answer any of my questions and at the end just disabled my access to the life chat. Well oh well. Im sitting here and hoping for the best. My first and last time having business with this company, and I will also assure my friends and family not to have any business with this flower shop.
