“I placed an order for a birthday bouquet a full day in advance of the delivery date. On the day of the planned delivery I received an email at 12:46 informing me that part of the item was not available and asking if I was okay with a substitution. I replied at 3:05 (approx. 2 hours later). The delivery was not made on that day. I was not informed, and was only informed the next day when I phoned for a confirmation of delivery. This was disappointing.”

“I ordered flowers for a funeral service, I was asked for the service time upon checkout and the flowers were delivered after everyone had gone home so I never actually saw them and I don’t believe the family did either. EDIT After contacting the shop I was made aware that the driver was having difficulties with their internet and wasn’t able to mark the flowers as delivered on time however they did check the driver log and they were delivered before the start of the service. I didn’t have a chance to see them myself and the family is obviously going through a stressful time so I won’t bother them about it but I’m sure they were beautiful. My only wish is there had been some kind of communication about the delivery. Other than that I’m very happy with the service I received over the phone and the price I paid.”

“I live in Surrey BC and have the good fortune to have found your shop some years ago. I send yearly to my sisterin law and to my sister as well. It is very freeing to just phone and know it is going to arrive on time and beautifully done.No problem of not being like the picture or flower colours. Thank-you for your help.”

“Pros: - Ordered Sunday, delivered on a Monday, within specified time. Cons: - Handwriting sloppy on card - No sender or florist details on delivered item - Wrong product delivered (looked like Xmas, not wedding as specified, and didn't match picture on website)”

“Terrible service. Very late delivery (nearly two days late), and really poor communication. The fruit basket looked awful and nothing like the picture. Very cheap presentation and poor quality. Paid over 100$ for nothing. Don't order from them.”

“We are in the US and have an Aunt who was turning 90 in Quebec!! I called 2 other florists with no response before reaching out to you!! I'm sorry I don't remember who I was speaking with but she was wonderful. She helped me choose an arrangement and was patient as I decided what to say on the note! Our Aunt said it was the most beautiful arrangement she's ever received so we were very Pleased and Grateful!! Thank you so much!!!!”

“This was a surprise, your delivery driver showed it delivered. So I call asking it she like the flowers but it wasn’t delivered yet. He push at it was and mess up the surprise. Then when I called the attendant said that it would be delivered in about 30 minutes well the was at 311pm they arrived at 535 pm. Not happy”

“I sent the flowers to Dr Chernotsova (you seem to think she sent them). So at the bottom it says submit as Dr EC but she did not order them so I have to submit as anonymous. However you have my email fomr teh order But they are magnificent and have now opened beautifully. The baby's breath complements tehm beautifully. I really liked the little container at the bottom of each rose to ensure they did not start drooping. You did a great job with them and I would use you again. - perfect. Minor concern. As Dr C gets home just before 5 I paid $10 for them to be delivered after 5 so that they would not be just left on her doorstep, but they were already there when she got home, so must have been delivered before 5. However she got them safely.”
