“The flowers arrived & are beautiful i’m told so that is great. My only concern was there was no precall & they were taken to an apartment & just left outside the door. The receiptient went to check what the thud was as I had said there was going to be a delivery for her on Saturday. If she hadn’t been home when they arrived someone else could have picked them up.”

“We have been dealing with Ottawa Flowers for several years. We live in St. Thomas but have family and friends in Ottawa that we send special gifts to throughout the year. “The service is really good, reached destination on time both times and were quality flowers. (According to my loved one) Main complaint is the website. Need a lot of work. As a computer engineer, this thing is killing me. Doesn't remember the info of the person I am sending flowers to, no sorting tool for flowers, no descrition of much, no tutorial, only a single images for the flowers and none for the bigger versions ..... This tool has lots of potential, but please invest in it. It will be more than worth it.”

“Placed 2 orders, paid for photos of each, and never received a picture of either. I'd like my money back, called and spoke to someone twice, no way to email, still no sign of a refund :(”

“So very pleased:) As we live on a tight budget, I was able to afford flowers for my wife, delivered, for a very reasonable price. Delivery was thoroughly communicated, on time, and made my wife’s moment upon receiving the beautiful flowers so very special. Thank you so much.
