“I ordered a gift basket as a housewarming present for my cousin and his wife. I found a basket with fruits and chocolates, which is the perfect mix for them. They live in the Ottawa area, I am in Toronto so had to rely on what was posted on website. They called and were absolutely thrilled at the basket. Stated that it was Outstanding!! Thanks so much. Will not hesitate to use Ottawa Flowers in the future.”

“I've relied on Ottawa Flowers Inc. to deliver flowers for birthdays and special days before the pandemic, but especially through it to keep in touch with family and friends. Their bouquets have been always stunning and delivered on time. I think I've bought about 10-15 since 2019, including an indoor tree.”

“We have been dealing with Ottawa Flowers for several years. We are from Ottawa but now live in St. Thomas. We send arrangements several times a year to great friends and have never been disappointed. They go the extra mile to ensure that everyone is satisfied, the person receiving the arrangement but also the person sending it. Great work!”

“My Fiancee and I were married this past Sunday, April 10/22. So fortunate to have found Pavel at ottawaflowers to look after our floral needs. When we first met with Pavel, he was prepared, knew his product, listened to our needs, made suggestions, (but NEVER tried to upsell us on what we didn't want or need). We met twice to review the sample arrangements that he had prepared. Everything was itemized and final price was given to us on the spot. What a pleasant surprise, as price per item and total was substantially lower than others had quoted us. At our final meeting one month before the "big day", we met with Pavel one final time to review our expectations and timelines. Pavel gave us his personal cell number and told us he could be reached anytime right up to the wedding date, and that he would pop-in to ensure everything was done right! Boy, he wasn't kidding. Pavel personally delivered and set up both our ceremony room, and reception hall. Not only did he deliver what he promised, he exceeded what we thought we asked for and he added more. We were completely blown away, as were our guests, hotel staff, and photographer. My soon to be wife was overwhelmed with emotion! THANK YOU Pavel! We still get emotional over what you were able to put together for us. We were impressed with your professionalism on day one, and grew to admire you at the finish! Dawn and Sergio”
