“I have used this service for Mother's Day for the last five years or so and have always been satisfied with it. This year, I received my order confirmation, and the next day found out that the payment had not gone through via my mother, who had had to pay for the flowers herself. The page gave the impression that the order was being processed in the moment but that seems not to have been the case. They did not even email me to let me know. Would hesitate to use the service again as a result.”

“Doesn't matter how many times I choose deliver B4 4pm, the flowers always arrive much later. I will not use Ottawa Flowers anymore.”

“A expected the flowers were beautiful. The only problem I had was signing in. Although I had the right password it kept saying I was wrong. Very frustrating. But once I was able to log on the service was excellent.”

“The birthday bouquet I received from Ottawa Flowers Inc. was a total disappointment. The flowers were of poor quality, some being dry and broken. The arrangement lacked visual appeal, merely a clump of flowers put together. Hopefully, my son will look to another florist for my future bouquets.”

“Very disappointed with the flowers I received for my birthday. They were of poor quality, some were dry and others were faded. The arrangement consisted of a bunch of flowers just clumped together without any visual appeal. It actually looked like what one would get from a corner-store. I will be asking my son to no longer buy my bouquets from Ottawa Flowers.”

“We worked with Ottawa Flowers for our Spring wedding and everything was just amazing. Pavel is an amazing guy to work with, personality and knows his flowers.. provides an excellent service and works within your budget to give you a stunning master piece. My bouquet, which was cascading was to die for... the centerpieces even better.. the only issue we had was a small mix up with corsages (size and colors) but it was easily fixable.. I would strongly recommend working with Ottawa Flowers!!!”
