“Very happy with the efficiency of Ottawa Flowers. I love the e-mails that let you know: updates, who's delivering the flowers, and that they've been received. “The roses were wilted and turning brown around the edges of the pedals when they arrived Tuesday at my work. Terrible quality. I'm so disappointed. It was for our 31st wedding anniversary.”

“Happy with flowers; but Was not told that flowers were unable to be delivered and left unattended if temperature was below 0. I was therefore charged again for delivery and missed he delivery date of a very important date.”

“Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Made me change my order twice. Delivered order late ( on second day where it was supposed to arrive on my sister’s birthday) balloon burst on the way, sent the wrong chocolate not the one i ordered, and the the plant that arrived was dying and looked nothing like the one i ordered on the website. I complained and your quality assurance met with GM and decided to send a new plant with 2 balloons and we waited for 3 days and nobody showed up. I emailed you twice for a refund and nobody replied. What kind of service is this???! Honestly the worst company ever terrible quality and very poor customer service. I am still asking for a full refund for the rubbish you sent”

“Poor customer service. Delivery was two days late and company made no effort to contact until late afternoon of the day after delivery was due. They then did not deliver within the two hour window promised when they did get round to delivering. There are lots of other options for flower delivery in Ottawa- I would strongly recommend going elsewhere if you want reliable good customer service.”

“I was most impressed with the Ottawa Flowers service and product. My wedding flowers turned out better than I imagined them. I was given their full attention and we went though all details of my order without being rushed, answering my questions with patient. Highly recommend for sure.”

“I want to extend my sincerest thanks to your wonderful driver, James, for his help yesterday! He found my 90-year-old aunt who had fallen on the side of the icy, snowy road as she walked to my house. Unfortunately, she has dementia and slipped out of the house when my uncle wasn't looking! James scooped her up, called an ambulance, brought her up to my house, and helped my get her inside. If he hadn't found her...? I don't want to think about it. James, my family and I are grateful for your kindness! Thank you!”
