“Very disappointed. I placed an order. They didn't include the item I paid extra for. And they won't give me a refund!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!”

“We worked with Ottawa Flowers for our Spring wedding and everything was just amazing. Pavel is an amazing guy to work with, personality and knows his flowers.. provides an excellent service and works within your budget to give you a stunning master piece. My bouquet, which was cascading was to die for... the centerpieces even better.. the only issue we had was a small mix up with corsages (size and colors) but it was easily fixable.. I would strongly recommend working with Ottawa Flowers!!!”

“The roses were wilted and turning brown around the edges of the pedals when they arrived Tuesday at my work. Terrible quality. I'm so disappointed. It was for our 31st wedding anniversary.”

“Happy with flowers; but Was not told that flowers were unable to be delivered and left unattended if temperature was below 0. I was therefore charged again for delivery and missed he delivery date of a very important date.”
