“I made the mistake of placing my order before reading these reviews... Never again. The order was placed well in advance in time for Valentines Day. The flowers never showed up. I tried contacting the company via phone and e-mail several times throughout the day just for a status update, but I guess they don't have a single person working the phones or handling any sort of customer questions. I waited and waited and waited and the bouquet simply never arrived. I've followed up several times the next day and have still not heard anything. Based on the reviews below, these guys clearly do not care at all with how they impact Valentines Day for anyone else. I'd highly recommend looking for another Florist before making the same mistake I did.”

“I would like to begin my remarks by saying that the flowers were beautiful, but I wish that could be said for the delivery service. I ordered flowers for a co-worker yesterday morning at 10:26am, and the flowers arrived at 9:38pm. The person was already in bed when the flowers were delivered. Really!!! At that time the days is over! Being Valentine's Day, one would expect that the flowers would be delivered during the store's hours of 9am to 5pm. The reason the driver was so late, he said that I had written anytime for delivery. I don't recall being asked when I placed my order what time I wanted them delivered. While I understand that yesterday was Valentine's Day and a very busy day for the flower industry, they should hire more delivery people on that day.”

“My first time dealing with Ottawa Flowers, very easy online service, and flowers and delivery were exactly as promised. I would have preferred you ring doorbell as opposed to tapping on door.. thankfully a neighbour called and told me someone had left flowers on the front steps. I got them before they froze, and they are Beautiful, my wife loved them. I will use you again for any occasion.”

“Ordered here on multiple occasions, flowers are always gorgeous. Only issue i’ve noticed is my boyfriend and I both got our mothers arrangements for they’re birthdays on the same day but I paid extra for a “premium”bouquet and they came out looking the same. Both beautiful but paying extra didn’t make a difference.”

“Great value,prompt same-day delivery and very fresh flowers. This is my second time ordering for friends in the Ottawa area and my go-to for the city. Flowers were as abundant as shown on website - attached is the smallest size for the Orange and Red bouquet”

“To be honest this review is a bit challenging, because I only made the order yesterday. Service so far has been stellar - so bravo on that. But the hard part comes next guys, because really all I care about is getting a sexy bouquet of roses on Valentine’s Day that my girl is going to love. If you can pull it off, well you’ll be all-stars in my eyes - I truly mean that. But if you don’t, and I get something questionable that makes me look like a peasant when I give it to her - well we’ll cross that bridge when we get there friends. All this to say no pressure and keep up the great work over there. I have no doubt in my mind I’m dealing with all-stars. Cheers, and see you soon. Josh”
