“After buying an Atomic Arrowz rod online from Ottos TW, I was looking on the net for a suitable reel to match it with. Ottos site finished up having the pick of the reels at the right price too. Delivery was free, prompt and I was fishing with it in less than a week. I can’t praise this mob enough. I’ve dealt with quite a few tackle stores on line and now, when I do, Ottos is always my first go to.”

“Unfortunately, due to an error in their systems, they did not have my item in stock. As I was purchasing sunglasses, I needed to ensure that fit was right before purchasing. As an apology for them not having the product, I was offered to have the sunglasses delivered to me, free-of-charge. This was received in a timely manner.”
