“I purchased some dunk lures which lve been having trouble finding they rang and helped me out and sent the order priority post which l recurved the next day great service thank you”

“The products and prices are great. I called up for advice and was treated very well by a knowledgeable person. But what was disappointing was that after I placed my order I called the same day and asked that both my reels to be spooled up with the suggested lines. I was told that I'd be sent a separate invoice for the loading. I called a couple of days later and was told that the reels were already spooled and in the box. Shipping was slow because of the virus and when the shipment finally came the reel were not loaded. I never received a invoice so no loss but I was sad that there was no follow through”

“I ordered two Rods from Austria. and they shipped in 8 days, everything was perfect. DHL is a good choice ^^ and Otto's got the cheapest tackle. RESPECT!”

“My Plano rod holder was scheduled for delivery by 12 June 2020. A tracking notification told me that the product wasn't even posted by the store until two weeks later. It is 30 June and I still haven't received the product. So far, I can only say that it was easy for me to place the order and pay my money. Nothing else has happened yet.”

“I live remote in the Northern Territory and to have anything show up a week after ordering it is unheard of but with otto's this is what happens. The products are top quality the shipping is fast and the prices are low, what more can I ask for thanks Otto's Tackle World. Dan”
