“I ordered a 2 piece Ugly Stik rod. They sold that rod to another customer, sent me a cheaper lighter one piece with no allowance for the cheaper model.Had a chat to salesman Tom who agreed to send me the original type ordered if I paid a discount price.Paid the money2 weeks ago and I haven't seen the rod or heard from Ottos T W. Allan Schafer.”
