“I’m a disappointed by the service Otto’s provided. I ordered a rod and reel online over 3 weeks ago. After a couple of weeks they didn’t arrive to I followed up and apparently someone had forgotten to send out the order. Last week the rod arrived but no reel. No one seems to know what is going and I am leaving on a fishing trip tomorrow. I will now have to buy another reel.”

“Otto's is great. Australia Post is totally mismanaged however. A week to deliver my stuff 100km is hopeless. The public's reviews give them 1.5 stars out of 5 or something ridiculous, their subsidiary Startrack is similarly rated. Some people wait on medical supplies forever. Forget tracking and diverse morning tea and just deliver quickly.”
