“I recently purchased some items on the website for a Christmas present. However when I had received the parcel there was both damage and missing parts to some items. I quickly rang to explain that these were not damaged on transit but packed that way as both the broken pieces and missing part were not in the main bag. The team at Otto’s Tackle World were very friendly and extremely helpful to quickly fix the problem. I will be recommending them to friends and family as well as future shopping there myself. There customer service is exceptional. Well done to Otto’s Tackle World.”
