“I ordered a fishing rod and the Butt configuration wasn’t the same as in the photo and the runners were twisted around the rod. I phoned and they arranged to have the rod pickup and returned to them. After this it went bad. I contacted them by phone and email asking for the refund for no replies. I had to use my PayPal protection to finally get a refund from Paypal. I think this is extremely poor on their part, I had to chase the refund and they did not reply in anyway. I was a repeat customer but never again. I have read the many good reviews but I would have to say be aware and be sure of what you think you are buying because in my instance, the follow up service from them is disgusting.”
