“Originally they did not have the product in stock but I used the notification to let me know when they would have stock, it worked well and I ordered when the notification come through. Worked like a charm. Quick, painless service. Will use Otto's as my go to ordering online from now on”

“Good simple weight holders, that I did add drainage holes to prior to mounting to boat, the second one I just used sitting in one of my rear wells to hold my second weight, only issue was they only had one in stock so had to wait for the other to turn up, Otto’s did ring and let me know the situation which was good, but sending a parcel in the current Covid situation that has to be signed for is ridiculous, so then I had to go into the city and pick it up from the post office, thanks very much Otto’s, don’t know what you are thinking?”

“Hi there the only reason I didn’t score you a 5 being the highest score is no one contacted me on my request made online about a reel seat clamp for my soon ? To arrive saltist oh reel. I never got a response. I would like one please. Apart from that living on the other side of Australia doesn’t stop me shopping with Ottos tackle world which I have found to be really good this far.
