“I live in Canada and many of the products that OTW carries are not available here. I purchased squid jigs through their E-bay account as well as directly from their website. Both methods worked well, but I was overcharged for shipping by mistake through E-bay. I contacted OTW and they issued a refund for the extra charges right away.”
