“Such an easy online system, super fast delivery”

“Not a great shopping experience. Didn’t receive most of my order and one of the 3 rods delivered was damaged. Sent through a dispute through their website on the order and have sent a photo of the crushed rod butt though no contact has been made to resolve or advise why most of my order was missing.”

“Picked up a couple of hard body’s from the online shop. Arrived on Monday and Tuesday I pulled a couple of nice snapper on the troll. Fast postage from Ottos and very easy to deal with.”
