“Had good service over the phone and easy to use online. Unfortunately I received the wrong rod in the mail however they have been awesome to communicate with about getting this issue fixed. On top of this everything came in perfect condition with no damage to products”

“Very prompt delivery, kept me informed on its progress, and arrived well packaged. Only small gripe: did not allow Australia Post to simply leave the package for me but instead insisted on a signature on delivery (it was just some fishhooks) - which meant I had to stay home to wait for the package.”

“Happy with my new Daiwa Freams 2500 aware however it’s not from the new MQ range dont not even know if they’ve come out yet but I’m not a premadonna. So for me it’s much more than adequate for my Bream and Flathead fishing. Not to mention Flounder, Dart maybe even a passing Jew. Enjoyed my fishing pre-lockdown. My mate Chris even got a 58cm Salmon nr Palm Beach. Yrs Jus Service always good and best tackle supplier and question answerer in Sydney.”
