“Rod and Reel Combo delivered as advertised. Shipped separately. Both package well for shipping. Rod took a bit longer, but I am chuffed. Will certainly look for product at Otto's Tackle World again in future. Thanks for care given to packaging especially of Rod!”

“Excellent customer service, when size #4 twin sabiki were not available, they agreed to hold my order till they were, a couple of weeks later they mistakenly sent size #14 twin sabiki rigs but then sent the correct ones, postage free, cost free to correct the mistake. Dozens of bait fish later - very happy.”
