“Purchased a prawn light and Otto's was the cheapest I could find online for equivalent unit. Plus the delivery was free !! To my surprise the item arrived in two days. When I unpacked it item was faulty so I emailed Otto's who immediately sent out another light. Very impressed with he service and happy with light. Thank you Otto's I'll be back. Highly recommend”

“Purchased a rod that had to be shipped to WA. Right from the start Otto's were fantastic to deal with and it stayed that way until the rod was delivered. I was so happy with the way the rod was packed and it arrived in perfect condition. Competitive prices and great service, can't beat that.”
