“I made an online purchase and then called to add to the order but the young guy who answered the phone confused the hell out of me. Tackle is dearer in Townsville but if I hadn’t called I would have received 2 hooks instead of 100.”

“I have been waiting to receive my fishing rod since the 22nd of July 2021 and today is the 30th of July 2021 and I still haven't received the rod. Hopeless delivery couriers they use called shipping.”
