My reel that I just got from here a week ago just stopped working so I’m going to take it back and I’m requesting a new one

Hi.. I accidentally bought 2 reels. I sent you an email straight after the purchase asking for a refund on one of the reels but you sent both out anyway. It was my mistake I accidentally bought 2 reels but I needed just one and you didn’t respond to the email I sent. You sent them out fast and you did that well. But I need just one.

Rod fished well but broke the tip in the first outing. I was in the process of releasing a small bass and the rod broke just up from the top section join. Perhaps I was too rough (it is an ultralight) with it but seems quite brittle.

I have not used the rod yet, I have been eagerly anticipating buying this rod. It arrived well packaged but unfortunately had marks and scratches on it, which was disappointing. Nobody got back to me after I sent an email expressing this.

Still not received even though the website says orders over $100 express shipping service - this is BS ordered on may 17, shipping confirmation said eta said may 25, express post takes 2-3 days to us.

Very annoying the package was not delivered and had to be picked up. Lots of poor communication. Find a better parcel service.

I ordered some blue pink zerek flat shad lures. I called the company personally to make sure they could get them. It took a while but after a few days I was assured that they could. When I got my package 3 months later it had none of the blue pink zereks and a different color had been sent. When I called to ask they said there must have been some miscommunication as there were no blue pink lures. At the time they were on the Zerek innovations website, since discontinued. I had been told I was getting the last of them. The company has been great in the past but this is very disappointing as the lure price was over 200.00 U.S. I was told I could ship them back, that is something I suppose.

Stated express delivery with purchase over $100, I spent $199 and shipping is standard parcel post. Item still not received

First order I orderd 2 items , they said they only had 1 of them so i purchased from another store, then they did send both so I have 2 of the same now , and paid extra fee on the arrival, although it was under 75$. Very poor connection on customer service that could solve it in time. Second time i orderd the one same item , got contacted from the store they said its too big and to my surprise I need to pay 15$ extra because of that. Try to ask them why is that , no response again , they only responded by taking the extra 15$ . Now it arrives and i ndeed to pay extra fee again although it's less the 75$ which is the custom limit in my country. Very poor response in customer service again . Will not make any deal with this store again , and my friends will not either.

Just returned from fishing on the rocks; the shoes I bought have a good grip but the upper design is not satisfactory as the flexible shoe is not well attached to the foot/ leg so would not buy it again as the previous heavier and higher boots were much better/ safer!!! and the substantial delay of the delivery was very disappointing as the lack of effort from A.P. to deliver to me and I had to go and pick it up. No excuses are acceptable as they and the OTW had my contact # and nobody called me. Very unprofessional service!

I requested express post for the purchase of a new gimble and harness. It was sent as standard freight, 90% chance it will not be here for the billfish tournament. Disappointed to say the least

I ordered an Ugly Stik spinning reel but unfortunately, they (Otto's Tackle World) sent the wrong rod and it took nearly three (3) weeks before they delivered the original rod I ordered. Other than that issue the process of ordering online to delivery was quite efficient

Very disappointed when I bought my reel and braid. The site said the purchase came with free spooling and when it was delivered it didn’t happen quite poor service.

I ordered a 2 piece Ugly Stik rod. They sold that rod to another customer, sent me a cheaper lighter one piece with no allowance for the cheaper model.Had a chat to salesman Tom who agreed to send me the original type ordered if I paid a discount price.Paid the money2 weeks ago and I haven't seen the rod or heard from Ottos T W. Allan Schafer.
