“Great service!! Quick postage time. Only let down is how the package was received I couldn’t see any physical damage to the rod but it’s disappointing to be pumped to get new equipment only to be revived like this.”

“Goods delivered ok and well packaged. Slow to have the order shipped when compared to other online retailers. After a few days of little action I followed up via email on order processing, advised one of the ordered items was out of stock, order actioned processed and sent promptly from there. Not an amazing first experience.”

“I have a small complaint out perhaps a suggestion. When my order of 10 pkts of clip on lights could only be partially filled, 5 packets, I was informed by phone, good, i didn’t think about it but if I was prompted I would have added to the order, say with hooks, because as I was paying $7.95 postage the cost per item became more expensive as I was paying $10 for the goods and $7.95 for postage, I wouldn’t buy on that basis I would include something else like I said hooks or the like. If I had been quicker in my feet I would have but it’s a suggestion for you to think about. Thanks look forward to ordering again.”

“Otto’s shipping method leaves a lot to be desired. Surely AusPost would be a better choice and deliver more efficiently. As they use Couriers Please who have poor tracking and take forever to deliver I will not be using Otto’s again.”

“Haven’t received my package yet so can’t really review it, postage has taken quite a long time, I ordered another reel from another tackle store and it arrived in three days so not sure what the hold up is”
