“Definitely will not be purchasing off these guys again. Why ? I made an error while purchasing an item, once paid I realised instantly and called the help line only to be told bad luck. Not help what so ever. 😕”

“I dropped into the store to check if some brackets would fit my car. They let me take them into the carpark to verify. I also saw some other items that I wanted to add to my online order and they added them quickly, and then picked them from the warehouse quickly. The counter staff were friendly and helpful, as was the lady who took my order out to the car.”

“A successful business that has outgrown itself and needs triple or more size the showroom and staff. Long wait times for being served or receiving goods. Probably fine if you're in no hurry but this is not the only store to get gear from. Once I was eventually served it was good but I won't be returning until they balance their offerings with people and space, maybe that's coming one day.”

“Brought the 4 tyre inflator de flator It's got some leaks in the fittings I can live with it but it's disappointing and the air line ball valve was screwed in of centre All in all great kit just needs them 2 things addressed and it would be very satisfying Small things that separates poor workmanship to excellent reviews! I do recommend the product as it is definitely better than the old way”

“Sorry, but a very poor experience, on two fronts. Firstly, a staff member took my order over the phone, knowing that you didn't have the item in stock, and then I got an email a day or so later to say that the supplier was out of stock and the product was going to be a month away. Of course, I cancelled the order and got it from elsewhere within days. The second issue I have is using Aramex as your delivery company. It doesn't matter who I order from, but when Aramex is involved, it's always going to be late, without fail! I did have another item on order with you and the tracking system told me that it was at Aramex's Brisbane depot (I'm in Brisbane). It sat there for days until I jumped up and down to get it delivered.I know you can't control this, but it reflects badly on you and I have to think twice about whether I order something from you for this reason.”
