“Water bladder delivered in a timely fashion, but out of the box it leaked and the outer casing was split. Initial communication was positive for a replacement, then all communication from them ceased. 2 months down the track and I have a bladder I can't use, no refund or replacement forthcoming and they won't answer my messages.”

“Hard to review a product ordered that you did not have in stock and could not deliver I had to cancel my order after waiting 8 days to be told .”there is a delay in shipping” to call after a week and be told they are not in stock , haven’t been for 2 weeks and not sure when stock would arrive. Makes buying a Xmas present hard. I had to run around a week before Xmas and buy another brand of chair from the oposition”

“On the 12 Dec I ordered and paid for a pair of trekking poles for a Xmas present. I contacted your store by phone on the 3rd Jan to find out how long they would be as they had not arrived. I was told they were on backorder and there was no estimate of a delivery time available. In order to secure a present I had to pay another $120 for the only other pair of trekking poles that were available. They have now arrived without receiving any order advice or any paperwork at all.”

“Not really happy. You couldn't supply the product we ordered and paid for, then the promised call back didn't happen as promised so I had to call to chase things up. The only good thing was we received the refund as promised.”
