“The motor operates fine. However Outback Equipments performance was far from satisfactory. The delivery of the part took excessive time to arrive and when I contacted Outback Equipment they did not want to know, just said out of our hands. They organised the freight company and should follow up with them if delivery is delayed. The freight company they use is extremely difficult to contact and really weren't interested in improving the situation. I will not be using Outback again due to the poor performance.”

“Unfortunately our experience was not good ! Wrong product sent but had to return it at our expense and no responsibility taken by them then had to chase up that they had received the return after a week of it being received by them Very poor service ECT. Unfortunately would not use again or recommend!”

“Shipping was quick website easy to use. Tyre deflectors are mint easy to use. The multi tyre inflator is good but confused why it has 2 short hoses and 2 long hoses used it to pump tires up checked then after words the fronts were 37 and rears 47 surely the hoses being the same.length would even it out abit more?”
